Critiques
Clear presence of directional light and cast shadows. Your use of charcoal is well handled.
I find the spine to be a bit too curved for the direction we're looking at the skeleton from. The rib cage makes the viewer believe we're seeing the model directly in front; The spine contradicts that. As well, the model's right femur's connection to the ilium isn't clear. From this spot seems a bit dislocated.
A technique I use when drawing I have a small [6"] clear ruler or a pencil and I hold it out to compare the proportions of each body part to one another to visually map out and compare everything. To layout the body. Hope that helps.
This drawing is going in the right direction. Keep it up.

One thing that I would find wrong with it is that his right arm (on the left side) seems way too short in the upper arm. It might be because it's situated to the back, but it almost looks as though it's just out to the side as though he's trying to put in on his hip bone.
His head may be a bit too small for his body also, but other than that - good job!
